Well it is a matter of when Push comes to Shove! Whatever, this is the message I have received from Myrone:
''The butchery of our landscape and culture will become very apparent on Monday as the monstrous turbines start arriving, an imported plague. There will be protests of all kinds, not least in the collective mind of the Welsh Nation. I believe that the Welsh "Ministers" will be hidden in their offices, or perhaps they will venture out to ask us not to send them e mail. Betws was a sordid swindle wallowing in grotesque incompetence and vested interest. These turbines are industrially useless, the Westminster Government has effectively admitted this by announcing the gradual end of subsidies. Turbines disrupt the grid and the Betws gibbets will be obsolete before they are built. From each will hang the rotting corpse of democracy. This is the desecration of a great cathedral, nature herself, and those responsible will be excommunicated by society and history''.
NB: WE did have an alert in July which came to nothing, bad weather could call their plans off, so keep sussing out web and use the below ports link to keep up to date with ship movements. If you come across any useful info pass it on. but whatever, regard this Turbine Alert as a distinct possible GO FOR PROTEST ACTION - GIVE IT ONE FOR GLYNDWR!

It had crossed my mind that if they left in much later then a really bad Autumn could set in and taking the Turbines up hill to the WMP site could cause problems at the crucial entrance to the mountain via a narrow gully requiring then a tight right turn upwards again before making way to each turbine foundation. See in this blog post and other posts within for best locations to mount protests at, the docks and in Pontardawe and entrance to site as well up on the mountain where Turbines enter the site proper (may be approached from numerous areas). Also in any number of locations between Docks and WMP site entrance, suggest this is carried out my mobile protest groups following and going ahead of Turbine Transports. Further suggest such mobile groups carry out their protest action individually and autonomously and organise on a local or group basis and avoid useing tech (fb and emails) to communicate organisation of this are of protest. Otherwise notification regards the four main protest locations may be publicised by all means possible if we wish to see a very good protest mobalisation. Further, need I say but we need plenty of banners and placards for all protest locations plus please if possible all those who live close to the Turbine Transport route try to get out and about as from now sticking up posters as we have already done for passed months post the June Stryveland rally. What Would Be good is a load of protesters with flags and placards lined up all along the route of the Turbine Transportation, to make this possible we will need all to pitch in and support this protest. so 'Nimbies' and 'Nashies' for once unite in a common cause and back stabbers now would be a good time to do yourselves a favor as well as your Cause, Community and Country - join the protest not work against it ok.

Pretty good timing, this week some good few centuries back Owain Glyndwr and an handfull of followers were conspiring to beging an up rising - a national revolt against the Anglo - Norman Robber Barons who had stole our country. Thus on 16 Medi 1400 began a Welsh War of Independance that would last 22 years, a war which included as a strategy the destruction of wind and water mills as they were deemed to be as an economic weapon used against the conquered and colonised Welsh. You see, the Welsh could not mill or bake bread nor sell it in the Colonial Borough towns and thus was an economic monopoly of price control used but also associated ways of making sure that the native did not become upwardly mobile. Such economic colonialism was a contribution to the growing resentment that was building up to an outburst of anger that within a matter of months a long hard war had began in which Castles were attacked and those Wind and Water mills burnt and their milling stones smashed. Times have not changed much, the Robber Barons are still here and for whose economic benefit?
Gethin.
PS: I shall now get cracking making some more placards, will you do the same?
