Remember Now we. Sian Ifan and I have pioneered this Initiative, altogether we have spent a year running all over the country sussing much out and digging out information to put out on web in a number of our blogs concerned with this campaigning. We have proposed that the National Freedom Marches into the Mountains kicks off in association with Fortress Glyndwr Initiative in Mynyddoedd Pumlumon in association with the Tarian Glyndwr defence of the Glyndwr Battle Site. Much has been done in this area by the Cambrian Mountain Society which we recognise and appreciate, nevertheless this is one local campaign that in time as from coming First Week of June 2012 where the 'National Interest' supercedes the 'Local Interest' for a number of reasons, not least due to fact that we have been involved with this Battle Site since the 'Sixties'; and particularly so via Cofiwn in the 'Seventies. Our policy is not to interfere with local Community campaigns unless they request our support as they are welcome to support our campoaigns. On the whole we shall however, hold keen interest in organising and promoting our own national campaigns where there is a direct need for us to so. As for example when Battle Sites and other historic sites are threatened, such as at Nantymoch, Maes Madog Battle Site and where ever we feel it neccessary we defend our Heritage in the Landscape. To a great degree this also concerns the campaign against the two Windmill Plantations intended for Mynydd y Gwair and Mynydd y Bettws but in case of Mynydd y Gwair we hold back on further pro active involvement as there exists already a well organised defence campaign.
There is also an anti - turbine road access campaign based at Cwmgors, this is not so concerned with defending Mynydd y Betws from the intended Windmill Plantation, more cncerned about Road Access and Turbines Transport. Before we take matters in hand we have suggested that Pobl Eginog rise to the occaision and establist a 'BATTLE FOR BETWS' Defence Committeee/Group to organise the resistance against the Renewables Robber Barons and the suggested conclusion Freedom Mountain March of First week June 2012. Hopefully, the above clairfies much for existing Local Community Campaigns and those who wish to be involved in local community action in this June 2012 Initiative. As this is very much a Nationalist Initiative aimed at making the Windmilling of Wales a 'National Interest' campaign we of course frown on 'Nimbyism' but understand why such is embarked on and. We are still willing to support but all understand clearly our campaign is a National one and in a Welsh National Interest, like it or lump it we are sticking to out Patriotic Principles end of matter? So, note I and Sian are taking a break from being 'Grey Wolves' (Senior Citizen Campaigners) of the Welsh Mountains darting all over the place. We are pensioners give us a break, lets see a younger generation of patriots now take to them thar hills and continue the National Struggle we have began and during 2011 travelled from Penmachno to Carno and all over Canol Cymru and into Mynyddoed Pumlumon to Coed Morgannwg and of late upon Mynydd y Gwair and Mynydd y Betws. We will now take a break, let us know if and when your getting active locally and we will place info on this blog, as well you may set up your local blogs (facebook?) but all please note keep it all community based and 'Autonomous' with no wasting time and money on becoming 'National Club Committee Men'. No national organisation required, just get on with it, be enthusiastic and imaginative and this venture of Codi'n Cymru/Wales Rising 2012 could be tremendous and make the Renewables Robber Barons take care as we inform them 'Thus Far And No Further' as 'Taffy is now Tamping Mad' with the way the English Government is making demands upon our Country and using WAG to carry out it's dirty work along with 'Crachach Collaborators.

CALL YOURSELVES NATIONALISTS?
Maybe so, you believe this Country called Cymru aka Wales is a Nation. Although being a Nationalist goes beyond that, if as Cymru/Wales we are a Country that has been made a colony by conquest and thus Nationalists consider that Cymru/Wales is an unfree Nation and politically seeks Independance from that foreign power that has conquored our country. Of course there are many more Welsh People who just put up with our history as a conquored country made colony and are not too bothered as those who consider themselves Nationalists. These Welsh People may range from 'Cultural Nationalists' to being 'Sports Nationalists' or quite simply Patriots. Nationalists and Nationalism can of course as patriotism be an equal position and belife of people who are citizens of Nations unconquored or which has been liberated by National Struggles for Freedom from Imperialism. However, as a basic Patriotic Principle one that implies love of country is an outstanding virtue and, to my mind a Patriotism that loves the landscape as a precious legacy and not least if that includes an awareness of the heritage there upon. Thus, in my mind I have no doubt that all those involved in the campaign against the Windmilling of rural Cymru/Wales are fulfilling a Patriotic Principle. However, a Patriot as Nationalists should seek to go beyond that basic Patriotic Principles outlined above, as a Nationalists in our Wales Colony seeking Freedom and Independance is but long term objectives. Taking fact that our Country with it's pathetic weak willed regionalist Party Plaid Cymru a lot longer than all other former English Colonies to achieve freedom let alone Independance. Thus first and foremost as of major demand upon a Welsh Nationalist needs to be the struggle to defend our country from Oppression, Exploitation and Expropriation of land and natural resources as implied by well worked slogan which has become pretty meaningless, yes 'Cofia Dryweryn'. So you so called Welsh Nationalists, I suggest to you that you are far from fulfilling a Patriotic Duty if not being involved in the Defence of your country in the here and now. Defending it from the English Crown, Government and Aristocrats as our past heroes defended it, as Llywelyn III and not least Owain Glyndwr. There is much chatter amongst Nationalists this time of year that dwells on commemoration of the death of Llywelyn III in 1282 with Rally at Cilmeri and gatherings at Aberedw, Abaty Cwm Hir and in Gwynedd.
This year such chatter is added to with talk of a New Nationalist Party being launched but to what purpose all this if Nationalists today stand idle and turn their backs on calls to rise up and engage another enemy that has invaded our Homeland. Another age of Robber Barons as dawned upon us, that of the Windmill Masters, the new 'Conquistadores' who seek to make of Wales a 'Corporate Colony Cymru'. Thus Nationalists rise up in a National Revolt against the Renewables Robber Barons, support your local community Anti - Windfarm Campaigns and as Nationalists, I suggest you focus much effort of National Direct Action Agit - Prop at WAG and Local Authorities that sanction this new 'Rape of the Fair Country'. Not least challenge the 'Crachach Collaborators' and directly campaign against the Colonising Companies where ever they may be found at site or in offices to be found throughout our land. Up to now the Anti - Windmilling of Wales campaign has been localised and some are 'NIMBY'. Nationalists must now make it a National Issue, a National Campaign and much a National Revolt in the spirit of the 'Struggle in Stryveland 1282 - 1334', of 1294-5, 1315 and 1345, not least the 'Great Rebellion' 1400 - 21 that became a War of Liberation out of which, even though for a short time a Nation Free was born! So too in this Struggle, in and out of the National Freedom Marches into the Mountain a Nation will again be born, that is if now Nationalists really wish it to be or remain apaethetic and indeed as patriots go, pretty pathetic! I suggest that your Patriotic New Years Resolution needs to be a Welsh Rebel I shall be? Not least join us in the March into the Mountains and in the Fortress Glyndwr Occupation Camps on Mynydd Hyddgen 2012.

The posts thus far in this blog has Introduced you to Inspiration and Ideas that could make momentous the Initiative being presented. I have outlined all that is possible, nothing is impossible that Patriotism, Imagination and Enthusiasm to be involved cannot achieve. I have done all I can to get it all together but, as they say you can take an horse to water but you cannot make it drink, to be honest I am now not going to flog what may be a another dead horse as I have done over 'Anglesonia', Royal Weddings and Vyrnwy. So, as far as my 'Windmill War' goes, this blog and these five posts are my limit and could be a Nationalist 'End Game' if now other Patriots do not rise to opportunity and occaision and prove they are fit for a fight of it, not just commemorate but campaign. A present younger generation have a lot to patriotically prove up to now they have made much of being Facebook Fusiliers and Play Station Patriots. Those I often refer to as Plant Crachach I consider really do need to go beyond 'Crachach Concerns' generally limited to self interest of 'Jobs for the Boys and Girls' in a 'Welsh Language Industry' which at end of the day will not save 'Yr Hen Iaith' but rather sustain 'Y Crachach Newydd' as England's Client Tribe. As for the so called Plaid Left and Welsh/Wales Left in general I am very contemptuous of so called radicals who are prepared to ignore reality that Windmilling Wales is not Green and not clean but is filthy with the Nucleur and Strip Ming Coal Dust of Dukes settling upon the Turbines. I ask again what do you not understand that your left fad filled minds appear to cloud any sound Socialist Judgement, that this left to ignore a campaign against Global Corporate Capitalism, English Royal Crown Estates and English Absentee Landlords is very much a pathetic product of self induced historical amnesia and political imaturity and infantile leftism. Not at all worthy of the legacy of Miners and Workers also before they the People of the Pitchfork, they were for most part without education but knew the differance between right and wrong, then fought back!
Whatever, those who will join the 'Welsh Mountaineers' of 2012 no matter how few in number, they will be as 'Byddin Glyndwr' outnumbered and 'outarmed' but they sustained a war of liberation for 21 years. Thanks to our Forests and Mountains, thus Patriots be as they and at least for one week plus in June take to the mountains to resist the Renewables Robber Barons. Be one with the Gwerin Owain:
Come the Spring as from Imbolc 1- 2 of 2012, get in some preliminary Red Stag Scouting of the territory you plan to march into, identify sites for 'Occupy Mountains' Camps as I have already done in Canol Cymru in area of Brwydr Maes Madog, Mynydd y Betws and Mynydd Y Gwair also not least Mynyddoedd Pumlumon. Next year my focus will be on the Windmill Sites planned in Coed Morgannwg, where will you focus? Much to be done in the field at at home or in workshops; preparing Baners and Flags, Placards and Posters also Organising and otherwise making all the needed preparations to make a success of what could be a great National Inititaive - a great National Movement - beginnings of a great National Struggle, we Shall Fight On The Mountains and in the Docks as well as long the roads the Turbines will travel.
