PATHWAY 5: GOWER WAY PATHWAY TO HENRHYD AND BEYOND MYNYDD Y BETWS

Only got this far but looks to be the best route to Mynydd y Betws and beyond that Banc Cwmhelen.

I suggest the three hills are possibly Mynydd y Betws to the left, in middle Banc Cwmhelen and to the right Bancbryn.
